HOW MUCH IS THE FRANCHISE FEE?

  • The standard franchise fee for a Paul Davis Restoration franchise is $75,000.
  • The standard franchise fee for a Paul Davis Emergency Services franchise is $36,000.

HOW DO I GET JOBS?

  • Paul Davis has a team of marketing professionals that is constantly working on your behalf to create national and regional insurance accounts that will create a steady income stream.
  • You will receive training in how to implement a local marketing plan to reach multiple targets and job sources.

ARE THERE REALLY THAT MANY CLAIMS?

  • Insurance claims are triggered for all kinds of damage and incidents, including major storms, wind, fires, water leaks, smoke damage, vandalism, and more. The services you provide are in response to incidents that occur at any time, anywhere.

DO I NEED TO HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS TYPE OF WORK?

  • No. You will receive hands-on technical training at our training facility before you open your doors for business.

WILL I HAVE A PROTECTED TERRITORY?

  • Yes, all Paul Davis territories are protected, and we look to make sure the market is capable of handling your business.

ARE RESTORATION AND EMERGENCY SERVICES TERRITORIES THE SAME SIZE?

  • No. Paul Davis Restoration territories are typically larger than those of Emergency Services. Restoration businesses are generally larger in scale than Emergency Services, and they are able to service a greater population base.

WHAT KIND OF EQUIPMENT WILL I NEED?

  • Specialized equipment is needed to do the work required. This includes air movers, dehumidifiers, calibration and measurement devices, and other equipment that you will be trained to use at owners school.

DO I HAVE TO USE A PAUL DAVIS BRANDED VEHICLE?

  • Yes. Our vehicle program has been carefully designed to brand your business professionally and has an important role in maintaining your company’s presence in your territory.
  • The graphic designs have been configured to accommodate many types of vehicles, including vans and trucks.

IS REAL ESTATE REQUIRED?

  • For a Paul Davis Restoration business, you will need office space and a place to store equipment and vehicles. These are usually combined in one commercial location.
  • Paul Davis Emergency Services does not require real estate. Your franchise can be started as a home-based business or in a commercial office if you choose.

WHAT ARE THE ROYALTIES AND MARKETING FUND CONTRIBUTIONS?

  • For Paul Davis Restoration, royalties are 4% of monthly gross sales. Marketing fees are $125 per month plus a variable monthly payment of .33% of monthly gross sales.
  • For Paul Davis Emergency Services, royalties are 8% to 4% of monthly gross sales. The royalty percentage decreases as gross sales increase. Marketing fees are 2% of monthly gross sales.
