We are thrilled to announce that Leslie Anderson, Senior Vice President of Training & Launch at Paul Davis Restoration, has been appointed as the new President and Chair of the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification (IICRC), effective April 22, 2025.
Leslie’s journey with Paul Davis began in 2011 as a Regional Manager, where she empowered franchisees to achieve operational and financial success. In 2016, she transitioned into a leadership role in training, where she has since spearheaded the development and deployment of industry-leading Learning
and Development (L&D) programs and eLearning systems.
As SVP of Training & Launch, Leslie also leads the Franchise Launch Team, a group dedicated to working closely with every new Paul Davis franchise owner. From the moment owners begin their training through their first three years in business, Leslie and her team provide hands-on guidance, strategic support, and personalized coaching to set each franchise up for long-term success. This effort reflects her deep commitment to empowering entrepreneurs and ensuring a smooth and confident start in the restoration
industry.
Her leadership style emphasizes continuous improvement, operational excellence, and business intelligence. Leslie’s passion and impact have been recognized with numerous accolades, including the Golden Rule Award and the 2025 Women in Restoration Award from Restoration & Remediation
magazine.
As the newly appointed President and Chair of the IICRC, Leslie brings over two decades of experience in education and franchise operations. Her vision and dedication to raising industry standards and fostering leadership excellence will be a driving force as the IICRC enters a new chapter.
